What if, instead of maintaining elaborate blog software with a lot of bells and whistles that lead to me being made sad, I chose instead to use simple blogging software that generates plain old static pages, involves no access to a Web page to create the content, and could even be handled from my favorite notepad?
And what if, instead of posting with a sense of urgency, I built in a regulator in the form of never updating the site until 4:37 a.m. Monday through Friday?
Suddenly it's the next day and it's time to go to bed.
