Bob Harris, Tom Tomorrow's co-blogger at This Modern World, pulls together some interesting stories about just how not-stable Afghanistan is. So unstable, in fact, that American officials are floating terms for peace talks with the Taliban. Who were supposed to be defeated. But apparently aren't, quite.
